This study analyzes the unfair competition, the intrusion into the holiday tourist sector, tax evasion and holiday
individualization when planning family vacations, making signifi cant changes in the way, style and choice of tourist accommodation in a
particular sector the holiday demand, perceived attractiveness tourist rentals fl exibility, no fi xed hours, total privacy as well as increased
family relationships during the holidays.
