Abstract

Users with disabilities have the right to enjoy leisure and tourism in equal opportunities as other people. But in practice is not like this, because they found quite diffi culties that limit the exercise of this right.
The information found by tourists with disabilities is often unreliable, and in others, accessibility chain is broken in any of its links, so that we can not consider it as an experience for everyone.
Spain, as a third world´s tourist destination, the strategy should focus on enabling disabled tourists choose it for their holidays, with all available information and considering its characteristics and needs.
