Accesibility factor propuesta de sistema de inteligencia para categorizar el grado de accesibilidad en destinos turísticos

Abstract

Functional defi nition for a System of Accessible Tourist Intelligence rises from the necessity of providing a tool which
allows the managing entity in the tourist destination to measure its competitiveness through its accessibility.
So far, accessibility and tourism vectors had been combined from the point of view of these services fi nal users, that is, disabled
people who travel. From this perspective, these vectors become mere descriptive resource inventories, lacking any valuable contribution
for the managing administration of destination. Thus, this project develops a complex tool in this regard: Accessibility Factor, which
provides an accurate analysis of the accessible capabilities of a managing administration of destination, and furthermore, which allows
introducing the more effective and effi cient strategies to that administration.
