Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility - CSR, both in the market and in academia, has been discussed on a worldwide level. It seeks to understand its systematics in order to understand its genesis so that it can broadly replicate this practice for its relevance to the improvement of social relations between private organizations and their respective parties involved. The objective of this study is to analyze theoretically the social relations between a private organization and the respective stakeholders, or stakeholders, as locus of occurrence of CSR actions. This research is the result of systematic exploratory research on CSR. On their respective singularities throughout the years of study of the researchers. As well as empirical and scientific observation on scientifically based scientific and empirical articles on CSR. As a main result it is understood that the social relations among stakeholders can be considered as the locus of CSR. However, understanding who the stakeholders are and their social relations becomes a new challenge for the empirical studies of CSR. In other words, social relations must be the object of understanding so that private organizations know exactly where they are performing their respective CSR actions and for which stakeholders.
